I've Decided to Quit my Job and Run a Vineyard

To run a vineyard do you have to drink the wine?

The Beaujolais-Dupeuble Winery has been in the family since 1512.

In a good year, the vineyard produces 300,000 bottles from these hills.

Fresh grapes start their new life in stainless-steel vats,

Bearing the family crest.

They are pressed,

Transfered to insulated tanks to mature,

And bottled 25,000 at a time.

I'm not totally unqualified.

As a kid, I made my first pocket change selling grapes from my grandpa Elden's vineyard in Springville.

After the tour, Jocelyn offered samples of Beaujolais products:

white wine, red wine, rose wine . . .

. . . and grape juice.
