Koh Samui's smartest address is The Library, a design hotel nestled on Chaweng beach. Legend has it that before developing the land, the owner spent several years observing people on vacation. She noticed that while on holiday, vacationers seemed read more than any other activity. This led to the hotel's mission statement, "Real happiness is not complicated at all," and a design focused on lounging about with a book.
